Crowler from the brewery. Nose is light bread with hints of toast and a moderate mango and orange citrus nose. Fairly clear, light copper color with a small off white head. Taste is initially bitter then lightly grassy and minutely astringent. Seemingly no malt backbone which is weird considering the color. Good lacing. The finish is watery and thin with just a bitter hop water feel to it. I was hoping for more. nuplastikk (6256) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 28, 2013
On tap in Gainesville. Hazy dull orange tan. Creamy, lacy head. A pretty solid APA, not sure why is was 6 dollars for a 14oz pour though. Clean, zesty, fresh. Orange, mild tangerine, grapefruit. Pleasantly doughy. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - NOV 15, 2011
Draft at brewery. Pours a slightly dark gold with a nice white head. Good retention/lacing. Aroma is light cereal with grapefruit/papaya hops. Taste is citrus hops, bread, medium bitterness. Palate is soft, light/medium body, bitter finish. A considerable improvement over stump knocker.
