5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom in Gainesville, Florida. Consumed on 2-23-18. Bright clear gold/bronze. Moderate amount of cream to beige head. Apple cider and apple juice scents. Brett evident in smell. Clove scent. Solid saison flavor. A little too cidery but a lot of spice: Clove, cumin, and black pepper. Medium to full body, full for the style and ABV. Frothy; too frothy in the palate. I'm mixed on it, but it’s a decent saison overall. If you had told me this was a graf, I'd have believed it. 188.8.131.52.13=>3.4 djd07 (16675) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 2, 2016
Bottle during RBWG GT. Pours a cloudy orange gold with frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, brett, yeast, oak. Medium body, strong oak, brett, nice funk with lingering dry finish, very good. bytemesis (9814) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 3, 2016

Bottle sample during RBWG 2015 in Tampa. Clear deep golden color, white head. Nice aroma of peppery and dusty overripe stonefruit. Taste has white pepper, funky apricot, attic corners. Nice. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 25, 2015
Tasted during RBWG15 Grand Tasting. 750ml. Really interesting bubblegummy aroma up front, mild spiciness, leon citrus, mild oak, belgian saison yeast. Hazy golden color. Thin white head. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light tart. Solid, interesting saison. Ernesto987 (6015) - Arizona, USA - AUG 20, 2014
750, thanks Collin! This was a very fruity, moderately sweet saison. The brett did dry it out a little, I would wait just a bit more, lots of odd things going on but I liked it. Was very interesting. Stuu666 (16067) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 5, 2014
Bottle at Craig’s. Pours golden amber, quite tart, bitter fruity lemon, funky. bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with two fingers of tight white foam. Nose is nice blend of rustic grain, barnyard funk, old leather, earthy yeast, dusty grass and a touch of grapefruit. Palate follows with bright carbonation, nice floral herbal nuances that are well balanced with the funky barnyard, pineapple and peppered spice notes. Clean refreshing finish. Nice lighthanded brett saison !
