On tap pours clear straw yellow, translucent, small white head. Some grains and mild citrus nose. Taste is just 100% light malt. Super light body. Could slam this back all day nary break a sweat in this Floriduh heat. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - NOV 8, 2014
Yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma is lite malty, corn, and honey. Flavor is corn, light malt, and a good floral finish. Medium bodied but a tad fizzy. @bp John25 (1291) - Middletown, New Jersey, USA - NOV 8, 2015
Draft at Epcot food and wine 2015. Gold. Honey and lemon with grains. Standard cream ale. Not bad on a hot day. Teege (375) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 3, 2010
Draft at redlight redlight. Pours an extremely pale gold with a big white head and some nice lace. The nose is mild with some bright malts and grassy hops. Flavor is a little sweet but with an ok bitter hop finish. this is a crisp and pretty refreshing beer, but ultimately not that exciting. On a hot day I’d rather have a solid pilsner. juiceisloose (1492) - Windermere, Florida, USA - APR 19, 2010
Draft at redlight. Pours a clear golden yellow color topped by a small, foamy white head that settles quickly to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of honey, cereal grain malts, corn, and some floral hops add bitterness. The flavor follows the same way the honey and cereal grain malts adding good sweetness to go with the floral hop bitterness. There is some light fruits and spice that peak through as well. A touch thin on the body with lively carbonation that leads to a crisp, dry finish. This is an easy drinking cream ale with a nice sweet flavor. Really easy to drink on those hot Florida days.

Tap from Momos in Tallahassee. Rating is after the fact - so sparse on details. Crisp thin bodied - easy drinking. Grain, honey and seemed like pepper in the finish. Little bit of tropical fruit. Fairly thin overall - but pleasant enough on a hot Florida day. Go Gators. jjuf1853 (1302) - Land O Lakes, Florida, USA - SEP 15, 2010
Draft at the Swamp restaurant (Gainesville, FL). Pours a light golden color with a foamy white head. Slightly sweet and peppery aroma with a mixture of spices. The flavor is slightly sweet as well with a touch of grain. Very easy drinking. HonusWagner (2168) - Florida, USA - NOV 29, 2010
Lightly sweet and crisp cream ale. Slightly flowery, very easy to drink, and I would not mind drinking this out of a can while outdoors. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - SEP 3, 2011
Draft. Surprised I haven’t rated this yet. Aroma is sourdough bread, light grassy/floral hops, honey. Flavor is light sweetness and bitterness with a good bit of lemon, biscuit, and honey in the finish. Palate is clean, medium carbonation, light body. An excellent session ale with a nice twist.
