Bottle by mail order from the brewery.
Very cloudy, golden yellow color, thin white head that quickly subsided. Rather weak aroma, wheat malt, grains, butter, some cloves, banana, and citrus as well. Less spicy than a usual weizen. Light body, crisp flavor, good wheat malt with the usual spices and bananas. Little sourness. Very light and clean. Easy to drink and refreshing, though the taste may suffer a bit from the lightness.

My Bottom Line:AndySnow (7972) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - APR 2, 2013
This drowsy Weizen manages to hang on to most tastebuds with its arrangement of banana esters, grassy hops and doughy yeast, but loses the finicky ones due to its misplaced hop intensity and its muddled flavor profile.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the lackluster beige cloudiness.
-Aroma and flavor profile are both quite timid.
-Yeast has some dustiness, which isn’t very appealing.
-This is far from their best brew, and certainly not a successful Weizen attempt.
Bottle at RBJG 2 Grand Tasting. Opaque yellow colour with a white head. Sour wheat aroma. Sightly sour wheat and citrus flavour.

Big offwhite head. Hazy opaque pale yellow body. Faintly vinegary herbal aroma with mealy citric spice notes. Dry-sweetish peach and banana taste with cloves notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish oily herbal fruity aftertaste. Very mild and clean. Nice. (0.27l draft at Popeye, Tokyo. Menu said it was 5%.) TimE (6067) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JUL 26, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 9, 2008 A weizen on training wheels. Yes, you have bananas and cloves, but everything is way to thin and unbalanced. Well carbonated, but that doesn’t pull it together. Is this the same brewery that made the Amber? visionthing (5494) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 8, 2016
On tap at Grillman Japan Craft Beer and Wine, Nagoya. Hazy golden to orange with a white head. Fruity, wheaty and yeasty aroma, as expected. Medium ripe bananas with some spicy notes. Moderate to medium sweet with quite nice wheaty flavours and a mild acididty. Fairly tasty and quite refreshing. melush (4414) - SPAIN - MAY 15, 2016

Tap at CBM Awajicho. Pale blonde colour, white creamy head. Aroma is clove, ultra spicy, bit weird, medicinal. Bit of grain, but totally dominated by the spice. Taste is lightly wheaty, little bit of banana and cream, but once again medicinal, like a muscle strain heat patch I would imagine. Very thin too. Where’s the body? Obviously I drank it, but it’s not very nice. I think swan lake are overrated.
