Medium sized white head, retention is fair with plenty of stringy lace left behind. Hazy white appearence with a soft gold glow. Nose is quiet, coriander, yeast, light malts and faint citrus. Body is light, soft carbonation, lightly oily though sorta watery. Flavors of citrus, light breadiness, graininess, spices. Dry spicey finish. Seems to of held up well considering i purchased this bottle @ the brewery awhile back. refrigerated. Nice Wit. DocLock (10647) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2008
1 L flip top at PARenFaire. Pours turbid dull gold with white head and great lacing. Nose is bready malt, florals, spicy yeasty notes, heavy limey citrus, mild funk. The taste is tart, limey, with a fresh hopcitric flavor, giving way to floral, funky, and spicy notes. Solid complexity, and one of the tarter wits I have ever had. This one is very good, and a very unique representation of this style. jehoey (765) - Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2008
lightly acidic aroma with some wheatiness. spicy. golden and slightly cloudy. flavor was refreshing, grainy and spicy. light in the mouth. pretty good. Miver (609) - Silver Spring, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 5, 2008
At draft at Bubes. Poured very pale filtered yellow in color with a little white frothy head. Aroma of oranges, citrus, yeast and coriander. Taste of mild citrus fruits, yeast, wheat malt, and slightly spiced. I enjoyed this one. It was just a nice solid wit. Edmoe (241) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 30, 2007
Very pale, clear yellow pour. Some head and lacing. Aroma is yeasty with some coriander. Flavor is watered down sweetness with yeast and spiciness. Thin bodied. Not at all exciting. Passable example of a wit.

1 liter flip top bottle. I was told these were bottle conditioned and bottled in July (just purchased last weekend). Light gusher. Poured a medium hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of lemons, oranges, spices, earthy and funky. Tastes of orange peels, wheaty, citrus, and spices. Light tart wheat finish. Not as bad as I would have expected from an ’organic / green’ wit. egajdzis (6499) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 26, 2007
Poured a murky golden color with a thin, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, coriander, cardamom, citrus fruits, toast, and orange peel. Taste of wheat, grains, tart citrus fruits, orange peel, some toffee, and a lightly sour, wild finish. mgumby10 (1856) - Jupiter, Florida, USA - OCT 26, 2007
Courtesy boboski. Pours a cloudy light gold, with a small white head. Thesmell is lightly acidic, some wheat characters, some citrus aromas too. Theflavor was pretty big on the wheat, slightly astringent, some banana, and other citrus fruits were there too. Nothing totally exciting. Alot of orange citrus really showed up in the flavor which didnt seem to fit too well. Still wasnt offensive, but was looking for something a little different here. Not bad though. Thanks to hopdog. Pours a hazy golden with a smaller bubbly white head. This thing gushed all over. Aroma of orange, Wit spices, yeasty, a little grassy, funky and tropical fruits. Flavor of orange peel, tangy wheat, malt sweetness, coriander and tingly carbonation.
