Pours clear golden orange with good white head which lasts. Aromas of pine, grass, leafy hops with nice gentle malt and a hint of citrus. Good carbonation and reasonable mouth feel . Taste is lemon, grapefruit, pine and a nice balance of malt. Also some orchard fruit. Medium sweet and moderate bitterness.

Pours a clear pale Amber color with a thin white head. The aroma is malty and bready. Flavor is more the same with some grapefruit hops. trapped (3147) - New York, TURKEY - FEB 15, 2017
Draught @ Malt & Mold. Clear yellow with medium sized foamy white head, very faint malt aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter malty taste, thin body, abrupt finish with slight bitter aftertaste. Does not realy taste very much like a pale ale, more of a lager. ffaoe (792) - Moorestown, New Jersey, USA - FEB 5, 2017
faint pine aroma. gold and slightly hazy in color with nice head. taste is very short lasting of slight pine hop notes and very faint underlying malt note. pretty dissapointing SinH4 (4759) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JAN 22, 2017
Can on a flight from Seattle to Amsterdam. Hazy copper color with eggshell head. Aroma is piney hops, grapefruit, toasted malts, caramel. Taste is piney, grapefruit, toffee, toasted malts, earthy. Bitter finish, oily mouthfeely full-bodied. Better than expected, this is quite a classic West Coast Pale Ale.

Decent, but not great, it's easy drinking but lacks anything special. Less hops coming through than most pale ales. 944play (417) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - DEC 29, 2016
Draft at Gordon Biersch ATL. Foggy gold with medium size off-white foam. Really exceptional minty tangerine aroma. Kind of flat in the flavor department with just some low sweetness, vague greenery, and a not-super-pleasant powdery note. Finishes with prodigious bitterness that doesn’t get resinous. Gets the job done and scratches the same itches that 1500 and Pale 31 do. Listigovers (1171) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 26, 2016
Very lright gold and clear, lots of bright sparkle. Smells of floral hop, tastes very clean and light malts with a bit of floral hop. Crisp and simple. jjsint (3093) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2016
Can in-flight LHR-JFK (Delta). Mid-gold, almost (but not quite) clear. Tiny white head. Enticing tangerine aroma, with grassy and tropical fruit hints. Pleasant but muted bittersweet taste, leading to a short finish with only a bit of residual fruity hop in the aftertaste. A pale ale by numbers: very drinkable but nothing to get all too excited about. killroy (136) - BULGARIA - DEC 13, 2016
Clear golden color with white head. Medium body. light hoppy aroma and maybe something grassy. Bitter taste with a hint of malt in the after taste. Not bad.
