12oz bottle, BBE 1/1/08. Pours a crystal clear bright golden color, stark white foam with subpar retention and almost no retention. Aroma is restrained Cascade hops and little hints of pale malts. Very easy to drink, slight notes of hops, decent malt backbone, a good but not great beer. AmandaGT (2) - USA - OCT 23, 2007 does not count
Perhaps more bitter than most other pale ales, but the flavor is very distinct and unique. nearbeer (5364) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 22, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2008 12 oz. Clear shiny copper with a medium-sized head. Aroma is slight citrus, light nutty malt, resin. Flavor is same. Light, watery and dryish. gottalottaibu (243) - charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 22, 2007
bottle. small head golden copper color. floral hop aroma. smooth smooth smooth flavor. grassy hops with just a hint of bitterness in the end. super easy drinker. if I could get this in charlotte it would be a definate session beer for me. radagast83 (8002) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - OCT 15, 2007
Bottle from my friends from Georgia. Pretty decent APA, but frankly I found this a bit too grassy for my tastes (I suppose thatís the whole gimmick though). Very crisp and had a good citrus and floral hop flavor to it as well.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2008 Really good beer. I havenít had many Pale Ales but it reminded my of the Dogfish head 60min IPA. Good flavor and aroma. I drank this out of a shaker. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - OCT 12, 2007
On draft at ATL airport. The darn IPA was empty. So this is what I had. They poured it into a big Ďole tumbler glass. It looks clear copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma is light with malty sweetness and what seems like a combination of citrus and floral hops. The taste comes off as crisp and fresh with mild malt sweetness thatís broken apart by floral hop bitterness and hints of citrus grapefruit hops. It was a decent beer especially for a pale ale. It is dark and similar to the IPA. RollinHard (1024) - Fort Worth, Texas, USA - OCT 9, 2007
Pours orange with a spotty white lacy head. Aroma of wheat bread, pepper, grass, lemon and orange. Tastes of bread and grass with something tangy about the flavor and the way it lays on the tongue, but itís not citrusy really. The finish is toasty and has more citrus flavors. Really drinkable, easy going and light. Hits the tongue in a really mild way. Not bad. DeweyDell (159) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 5, 2007
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear light amber color. Mild hoppy aroma, nicely balanced with sweet malts. Flavor is the same... mild, balanced. I actually had this on tap last week, and it was more flavorful and fresh... Itís not a huge beer, but itís good and very drinkable.
