Bomber from craftbeerdesign. Thanks guy. Really looking forward to this. Pours a very dark brown with a 1 finger foamy beige head. Aroma is formidible. Dark malt. Strangely floral aroma. Full bodied with foamy carbonation. Flavor has a lot of smooth dark fruit, and there’s a lot of roasted malt for backbone. This stuff can almost be chewed. Mildly sweet, mildly bitter. Full of flavor. Heat is not detectable. Big heavy brew with great taste. Maybe a treacle/toffee finish. Great ale. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 28, 2011
