Pours a deep amber with a soft white head that laces a little. Aroma is earthy, dank, grapefruit and orange hops with a hints of caramel malts and burnt sugar. Flavor is sweet with orange blossom honey, caramel malts and some hops coming in for a slightly bitter finish. Overall it’s a pretty good beer just touch sweet and a bit of a boring palate. This pours a brilliantly clear, deep dark copper/red/brown/mahogany. Tall, sticky off-white head that takes it’s time settling into the glass below.
The aroma has caramel malt and some earthy hops.
The flavor follows the aroma, some chlorophyll? jw0406 (1315) - atlanta, Georgia, USA - DEC 12, 2011

Hazy dark amber, thick beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, pine, earthy dirtiness, wood. Taste is more malty sweet than I was expecting, the hops are earthy, piney, dank, resinous, some tea leaf bitterness. I was expecting more of a balanced hop profile with some lighter floral/tropical notes to round out the insane, over the top resinous flavor. I wondered as I was buying this if I was paying for the story and bottle art, and it looks like I mostly was, because a lot of the Yazoo Hop Projects are better than this IMO. My expectations were very high for this though considering my number one beer was Donkeypunch, it was a resin bomb too, but it had some balance that this beer did not. Pours a dark brown with medium tan head. Aroma is spice, floral, and light roast. Taste is medium sweetness with spicy hops. Pretty interesting beer. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - DEC 9, 2011
bomber, nice roasty malty aroma complemented with some piney hops. Great, flavor is dominated by hops, and the finish goes bitter. Overall, not a bad bru. Doesn’t have cheech and chong any more enjoyable. wedgie9 (2703) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 9, 2011
Tasted on 12/9/11 from a 650mL bomber bottle purchased for me by my wonderful girlfriend, Jane. Pours a dark but clear mahogany with a thick off-white head that slowly recedes to rocky and uneven lace, leaving thick residue along the inside of the glass. The nose is intense resin, grass, and hay hops, along with equally intense caramel malt and a hint of nutty dustiness. The flavor is fairly sweet with caramel and some bread malt up front, moving to the nicely bitter resin and hay hops, with just a hint of a dusty note. The body is full with a sticky texture, average carbonation, and a long, caramel, bread malt, and bitter resin hops finish. Jlo7399 (218) - Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2011
Pours deep red with thick head. Aroma is citrus and pine hops. Taste is pine hops, citrus fruits, bready malts...good bitterness from the hops. Finish sticks to the tongue. Very nice.
