The Red Hot Mama from Yakima was one bad *itch, running through farmers like they were her personal toys. She especially had her way with our old buddy Vinny from Van Horn Farms and left him drained in the fields as she hitched her way out of town with a dress full of fresh hops. This Red Hot Mama was not one to mess with. She hooked up with a Harley gang, and made her way down to Atlanta looking for a soul to steal. She met her match with El Danko, and the two of them got nasty in the brewhouse together; clothes and hops were flying all over the place. The load of fresh Centennial hops were dropped, and head brewer Nick Nock scrambled to use em as they smelled extra dank! After hosing of, El Danko showed her the door. He knew he didnt have enough left in him for another round. Right on, Red Hot Mama. Girl, you sure look good to me!

Clear deep copper with a mostly white head. Aroma of caramel and light spruce. The flavor isnt sticky sweet nor hoppy and bitter. Some dryness in the finish. Kind of an Imperial Red Ale.

Strong aroma of hops. The flavor starts with predominate hop bite, but quickly melts into a bit of a grape and very slight peat.

22oz bottle, shared by b3shine. Labeled 82 IBU, 8.6%. Dark red, slightly brown color. Mostly clear. Little brown, off-white head. Good bits of lace. Good bigger caramel malt. Some tropical fruit. Bigger body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation, but more dry finish. Moderate to bigger sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Alright imperial red, but just alright. Does not hold together very well.

Reddish brown with a decent off white head. Musty, somewhat hoppy aroma. Flavor is some grapefruit hops with a little toasted caramel. Pleasant, thought it could use a little more body to give a richer flavor. Wife: 3.6

Albany, Ga. - Warehouse Package Store - 22 oz bomber. Pours a deep dark brown with a thick khaki colored head that leaves a thick trail of lacing. Aroma has some heavy spruce accents, a touch of brown sugar. Full-bodied flavor with some fruity cherry notes, some bittersweet citrus notes, some brown sugar sweetness and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel has a nice thickness to it. Pretty solid entrant from Sweetwater.

Im always excited to get my hands on the latest installment of Sweet Waters Dank Tank series. Ive landed some pretty awesome brews from it in the past. Here is goes. Pours a deep reddish brown with a thin frothy white head. Leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is slightly bitter, citrus rind, floral notes, brown sugar, and a hint of alcohol. Taste feels a little empty on the front then a wave of citrus, hops, and spices hits you, before fading away in a faint malty sweetness. Finish is rather clean, and the mouthfeel is smooth if not a bit on the thin side. Overall this is a decent beer, and the progression of flavor you get from it is unique. Unfortunately I feel like its a bit on the forgettable side, as it really lacks any sort of "wow" factor.

8 oz. on tap. Clear deep brown with a thin film of cream and some nice lace. Aroma of earthy toffee, citrus and some hints of evergreen resin. Tastes of orange zest, toffee, earthy leaf and resiny wood. Medium body is tingly and watery, with smooth carbonation and a dry finish. Has all the elements of a really nice beer, but somehow they dont quite mesh.

Bottle. Poured clear dark copper with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
