Pours a cloudy dark yellow. Thin head. The aroma is a bouquet of citrus, pine, and just a little touch of hops. Lime, Lemon, pineapple, pine. The flavor is an increadably balanced mix of all of the above. Not too hoppy and not to over baring, the palate is smooth and thick but easily drinkable anytime of day. Wonderful example of an IPA. fattibobatti (246) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUL 27, 2008
on tap at mellow mushroom tallahassee. cloudy amber pour with a thin white head. strong floral aroma with some great pine. taste is piny, citrus peel hops and a modest malt background. the hops finish is bitter and leaves the mouth feeling clean. great ipa. 12oz via GAManiac. Thanks, Pours orange with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is sweet and light, could use a bit of warming probably. Taste is sweet, with a mild hop flavor. This is decent, but lacks the oomph I like in ipas, that said its also drinkable. SphinxTX (2878) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - JUL 8, 2008
Bottle, thanks to ericandersnavy. Has a very nice amber color with beige head. Aroma is just hoppy, very nice. Flavor is semi-sweet with a nice hop bitterness. Has a light to medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Overall, a very good drinkable IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2009 On draft at the Sweetwater Taphouse in the Atlanta International Airport. Amber pour with thin light-tan head. The aroma reminds me of Troegs nugget nectar, with a slight ’old foot cheese’ quality. Pleasant pine hop flavor was enjoyable. A bit cloying on the palate.

Greal looking IPA, bronze with a white head. The Appearance is everthing you would like to see in a IPA... Taste....uhh. I don’t always know with the sweetwater. Atlanta water might be poisoning the great taste. Overall good IPA but not my fave and Im an IPA drinker. daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUN 29, 2008
Bottle from thebeercellar. Light amber color with a wonderful hop and citrus aroma. Flavor is really good. I taste a floral pine flavor with a great sweet malty backbone. This one is good, I wish I could get it in S Fla! Bockyhorsey (2638) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUN 29, 2008
Bottle courtesy of CaptainCougar. Good floral aroma. Copper body with off white head and mild lace. Citrus grapefruit flavor was quite refreshing and mild dry hop bitterness was right up my alley. Citrus lingers on the palate good brew. CurlyBill (9) - Ooltewah, Tennessee, USA - JUN 26, 2008 does not count
Poured amber with 1 finger head from 12 oz bottle. Good head retention with lacing clinging to the glass all the way down. Aroma was very citrusy with grapefruit dominating. Taste is smooth with a good hoppy flavor. This is by far the best Sweetwater offering I have tasted. Overall a very drinkable IPA that has become a regular stand-by.
