COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPAs lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If youre at the brewery youll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Bottle. The pour was a medium hazy amber with an average sized (1-2 finger) white frothy head that had awesome longevity, lasting throughout thus producing some really excellent sticky sheets of lace. The aroma was a little mild with a citrus hop, a grain malt and a soapy yeast with light notes of caramel and citrus (grapefruit). The taste was not as strong as I expected it to be, but had a mild maltiness and a hint of caramel early on and then became slightly bitter with a mild citrus note at the end. The flavor lasted an average duration after the swallow with the taste of hops growing slightly as time went on. Mouthfeel was light in body and had a dry texture with a mild carbonation. Overall a very light hopped IPA with the complexity kept to a minimum. That being said it was nice and refreshing and had a great drinkability. .

Appearance: clear pale amber with two fat fingers of rocky white head, good retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Aroma: floral, caramel, citrus, pine, earth. (7/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Palate: medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry lingering bitter finish. (3/5) A bit well classic would be a generous way of putting it, I suppose. Old-fashioned works too. The hop character struggles to rise above the the caramel malt, making it tend towards something like an English-style IPA. Not entirely, but enough that it feels a bit dated. Decent and solid, but not exciting at all. (14/20) 7/10 #ryansbooze ryansbooze.com

Pours a light amber color. Little chunks of sediment. Big, thick, tall, white poofy head. Great retention, excellent lacing.

Aroma is very floral. Lots of floral hops, touch of alcohol. Touch of citrus.

Taste is well balanced. I guess the floral hops dont add as much to bitterness? Theres a little grapefruit. Maybe orange zest.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Not so bitter, until the finish. Id guess the IBUs to be about 65. Pretty good hop oil residual. Drinks easy.

Overall, I like it. Good IPA, Id drink it again, buy it again, and recommend it. Cheers!
