Draft sample at falls church. This is a decent belgian golden ale. Light on the malt character so could improve that aspect. Hazy, opaque, yellow color with a big white head. Good spices. Big clove and faint cinnamon aromas and flavors. jeffc666 (1984) - Fairfax, Virginia, USA - MAR 9, 2004
Pale hazy golden yellow body with a very nice (especially for draft) white head that leaves huge sheets of lacing on the glass. A nice mild fruity aroma. The flavor is a pleasant mix of esthery fruit, malty sweetness, and yeast. Medium fizzy body with avery nice finish. A real surprise. MadRobin (2987) - Silver Spring, Alabama, USA - JUN 1, 2015

Pretty delish from the growler. A nice American attempt a a passable Belgian. It had a nice bite, a bit heavier on the wheat than one would expect and some partiality to a light malt as well. Looks good in the glass. Plesantly fizzy and creamy at the same time. (Growler 9/1/2006)

Draft at Merrifield, VA location. Served a bit cooler than I would have liked, as it warmed the flavors came out a bit more. Poured a medium-golden yellow color with a white head. Belgian yeast, citrus lemons, touch of candy sugar, spices. Alcohol well masked. EricE (1367) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 22, 2011
Draft at brewpub. Pours an orange red, slightly hazy with a thin white head. Slightly funky aroma. Bubble gum notes on the nose and tongue. Light sweetness with a bitter finish. Decent. hopscotch (11043) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2004
