COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The perfect balance of three distinct divergences. Allowed to initially flower with Belgian ale yeast, The Pit & The Pendulum was then incarcerated with Brett and freshly puréed peaches to intensify the trifecta of its persona.

Enjoyable fresh, but also a good one for the cellar, as the Brett continues to contemplate its environment.

Malts: 2 Row, Carapils, Pilsner Caramel. Belgian Candy Sugar Hops: Bravo, Sorachi Ace, Sterling

750ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, lasting white head, some lacing. Soft funky brett aroma, hay, barnyard, canned peach and citrus. Medium carbonated, full bodied, smooth, juicy soft mouthfeel. The taste is a great blend of fruit and funk. Yeasty, bun dough, herbal, peppery, peaches, ripe orange, nectarines, grass and hay. Dryish, mild tart finish. Really tasteful! Not a huge fan of adding fruit into beer, but made like this is just great.

Riktigt bra!

Bottle, thanks to Ian! Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a big, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is strong peaches, hay, white sugar, and caramel. Sweet and a bit funky. Light body, pulpy, thick, and acidic. This is pretty solid peach beer. Not overbearing, but nicely fruity.

Hurricane survival beer. Great peach sour. Soft fresh fruit taste with stark sour bite. A bit of Brett and generally funkiness. Just fine balance. Tasty.

Wow. This is a big sour. Nice aroma and finish but overwhelming yeast. Worth a taste but not a bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
