The bottle conditioning of this beer is clearly evident when it is poured. It has a very cloudy hue with the orange haziness once again reminding me of the Aussie Coopers sparkling ale. It keeps the head in its special Szot glass. The nose has a soft fruitiness coming through in a slight citrus note. The ABV of this is obvious at first sip. Formidable. The intial taste is slightly sweet which will probably fade with a bit of bottle age. In fact this would be a good experiment to lay some down for a year and see how it develops. Certainly another tasty beer from the house of Szot and a real departure from the standard Chilean dross.
(330cc bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a tall foamy white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, and grain. Flavor of grass, lemon, yeast, and florals with a moderately dry finish. Arve_Christian (5220) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 7, 2012

Bottle. Thanks Thewolf!. Pours clear pale yellow with a small egg white head. Aroma is lactic, tart, yeasty, light malt and orange fruit. Interesting.. Fruity and dry flavor with notes of lactic acid. Well, I guess it’s infected.. MiP (15981) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2012
Bottle, 5%. White wine aroma, OK refreshing. Sourish flavour, wood and white wine. I do not know if it is intended, but it tastes all right.
