(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy maize body with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, earth, florals, and citrus. Flavor of citrus, herbaceous, grass, earth, florals, dried apple, yeast, and minerals with a dry, mildly bitter finish. blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 12, 2013
fliptop bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, pours a milky yellow with scant foam head, nice bright herbal and wheat flavors with a pronounced sharp citric finish jgb9348 (6259) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Super hazy golden coloured body with a soapy, full white head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of yeast, pepper, coriander seed, curacao, alcohol and tons of hay and grass. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and wheat flavours throughout with a bunch of pepper and clove flavours tucked in with some herbes de provence, lavender and sage, all with a very nice glow of yeast and wheat. Aftertaste is quite complex as well with the spices ranging from white pepper to oregano back to coriander seed and even some allspice. Overall, a very nice saison with tons of flavours from hay and grass notes to the obligatory spice notes. A great beer to sample - very nice to find and I wish I could have sampled them all! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Bacchus Cornelius in Bruges, Belgiuim on 14-August-2013 for €2,50 sampled in my hotel room here in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg on 16-August-2013. ekstedt (6782) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 5, 2013
Bottle (75 cl swing-top) from Etre Gourmet. Hazy deep golden, large white head. Earthy, spicy, peppery aroma. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with medium bitterness. Nice. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 17, 2013
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The aroma is a hazy, milky yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat, yeast and peaches. The flavor is a bit more complex. I get some brett and light funk notes as well as some peaches, Belgian yeast and wheat. Nice, light tartness in this saison. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

My personal opinion is that this is a very nice example of this style, better than some more well known examples. Wish I had more in the cellar. 77ships (9827) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - AUG 14, 2014
Thanks to Kraddel. 33 cl. bottle split by 3. Orange, quickly gone head. Lots of mellow orange and light marmalade in the nose, hay, straw, peaches, lightly rustic. Tastes of mellow biter zest, light esters, sweet orange, dash marmalade, touch creamy, lightly sweet. Not stellar or pronounced enough to reach for the stars but still a very lovely drink. I may be anything but a fan of most ’t Hofbrouwerijke beers but is definitely one of the good ones. tderoeck (9724) - Gent, BELGIUM - JAN 23, 2012

75 cl bottle from Dranken Geers, tasted with friends june ’12 @ brewery Eutropius. Hazy amber color, with off-white head.
Aroma malts, hops, bit sweet, fruit.
Taste yeast, good bitterness, sweet notes, refreshing. Nice brew ! RexTalionis (3763) - FINLAND - JAN 5, 2014
Bottle 75 cl, BBE 02/2016. Pours unclear pale goden in color with a creamy
whitish head. Leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Fruity citrus, summer meadow
and lots of more lime-like notes in aroma. Light biting peppery spicyness and
lemony juicyness mostly in taste, some parts are slightly bitter, some are again
more sweeter as in ripe garden fruityness. Nice one with a very refreshing,
slighty bitter, ending.
