Bouteille(75 cl): Reddish-amber coloured, stable mid-sized off-white head that slowly collapses, "green" sweet and fruity nose, toasted malt, but also traces of infection underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour with a faint acidity, medium bodied; slightly lingering sourish and sweetish fruity to caramelly finish. Poor

Dark beer, with lots of ingredients like hops, fruit, malt and herbs. Decent, but a bit unbalanced.

timmwillum (92) - BELGIUM - JAN 1, 2014
Golden brown unclear color. Nose of sweetness with a bit of choko and light anis. Thick golden head that disapears quickly. Taste is bitter hops with light anis and some herpes. Not as sweet as you would expect from a Christmas beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
