Cloudy golden color; creamy head; too much yeast in the bottle. The aroma is perfumy, light spices, lavender, very light yeast; interesting. The mouthfeel is very good, soft, quite sweet with malt flavor; also a herbal touch (light rosemary or lavender); the bitterness at the end is just a bit above my liking. Good but odd.
Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma with bread notes. Flavour is spicy and yeaty with a good malt base. Smooth palate. Good. jonas (8035) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - MAR 7, 2009
2007 bottle, vielen vielen dank Günther! Aromatic alcohols - apple, a bit bierbrand, wood spice. Cloudy yellow (I wasnt carefull enough I guess), fine white head. Apple, mango, green wood, calvados in the flavor. Medium to light body, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Quick finish, which is a shame. Tropical retronasal. Very pleasant drink. pivnizub (10811) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - MAR 29, 2009
Bottle: Gushing, cloudy with lots of floaties and an astonishing sediment, smaller, slowly collapsing off-white foamy layer; bread and exotic fruits in the nose, completed by not very well hidden traces of herbal (peppermint ?) hops; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied, creamy, soft MF; a tinge of warming alcohol (a bit brany-like) in the fruity-yeasty and bready finish. A powerful goody....... BoBoChamp (5878) - Gent, BELGIUM - MAY 15, 2009

Although hardly a year old, the beer is definitely aged and it has aged very well. Orange-yellowish beer. Sweet aroma’s and taste. A bit of fruitiness (coriander, mango) and madeira. Bitterness is completely gone. Although nicely aged, I still prefer the fresh one. daniele (9660) - ITALY - SEP 21, 2008

A bottle, thanx to Jerre. A little hazy, yellow/golden colored beer, with a very thick white head. The aroma is malty sweet, fresh and fruity, with some spices. The taste is spicey, some coriander, with sweet malts and fruits like orange, mango and citrus. A little bitter. The aftertaste is mainly sweet. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 24, 2007
From bottle at 12de Vilvordia BierProefFestival. Ruddy brown, small head. Coriander aroma and sweet maltiness. Yeasty. Sweet coriander flavours. Too spiced and unattractive appearance, yet still strangely appealing. FatPhil (17079) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 10, 2008
330ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Week 2008)
Sweet fruity aroma. Taste matches - sweetness is caramelly, but with loads of malt too, very malty. A bit of ginger too. Very tasty and clean despite the sweetness.
