COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our bokbier that rings in the autumn every year. Dark and full-bodied, but not as sweet as you would expect. The fine, light brown head holds for a long time while the dark, black-brown beer releases the aromas of the roasted malt: brown sugar, caramel and beautiful, dark fruit. The aftertaste is pleasantly dry.

Reddish brown slightly opaque beer with a weak white head. Smell is caramel toffee with a hint of coffee. Spicy, pepper and cumin. Hint of apple fruitiness. Taste is watery, with a good fizz. Bitter and slightly sweet. Astringent finish, quite dry.

12oz bottle on the streets of Amsterdam...not the first time. Smooth, on the lighter side of full bodied. Doughy, rich yeast tones too. Quite well done. Deep Dutch malt tones. Great.

Dunkelbraun fast klar mit hellem Schaum. Geruch malzig mastig.

Dark brown beer with a nice red colour in it. It has not a real distinctive smell. The taste is bitter but the after taste is not quite what i expect from a bock beer. It's dry but i miss a full rich body feeling wich i expect or demands from a autumn/winter beer. At the end, just an below average bock beer wich has surprisingly one of the more expensive price tags.
