Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Hazy orange with an OK foam top. Medium body, bit flat. Taste is dirty dry leaves, hops, earth, bitter walnut, dry wood, orange peel. Long finish is predominantly bitter with a bit of white sugar and orange peel tingling on the lips.

Ongefilterde blonde IPA uit Amsterdam. Lekker hoppig, maar niet overdadig. Goede IPA.

Pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus and maybe floral. Med body. Flavor is citrus and floral, theres some hop burn, and the caramel support is detectable. Its not harsh, but its really very hoppy. Some grapefruit rind builds up over time. Pretty good stuff.

Opening the bottle revealed a strong fruity and hoppy aroma. In general I like bitter and well hopped beers. This particular IPA scores high on all aspects. Nice colour, aroma, foam. Its bitter, nice and balanced bitterness with sparkling aroma. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear copper pour with one finger white head. Poor retention, however, a thin layer stays throughout the drink. Ok lacing. Nose is fruity and herbal, lots of caramel and hops. Full body, thick and creamy texture, very softly carbonated. Incredibly smooth. Pleasantly bitter. Hoppy aroma of citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, mango. Touches of caramel. Herbal. A bit of honey, a bit sticky on the tongue. Finish is bitter and mostly dry. Alcohol presence is hidden nicely in the taste itself, but it does hit in the head. Overall, pretty good IPA. Tasty.

9 Jan 2017, bottle. hazy, lightly dirty orange. nose is sweet, caramel syrup and some skunky, perfumey lager hops. reminds me of a crappy lager. thin/med body and mildly fizzy. tastes better than it smells. a bit sweet caramel up front, fades into moderately bitter, slightly stale grassy hops. ok.
