COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Pours a hazy orange color with a white head. There’s a really sweet nose to this. Dominated by bread and toasted malt with a light floral hoppiness. Some hints of pine in the background. The flavor has just a bit of hop bitterness. Otherwise, intense malty sweetness of toast and toffee. A weird spice note, perhaps from the yeast strain? A really sweet citrus character, too.

It pours hazy yellow color with short lasting white head. Surprisingly strong lacing. Hoppy aroma with citrus and grass. Slight caramel and toasted malts are in background. Taste is more fruity than smell. Biscuity malts and citrusy flavors with light bitterness. It finishes dry and hoppy. Sticky on the palate. Medium bodied. Hidden Abv and restricted Ibu bring about nice drinkability. Better than my expectations.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2018 OK - Ill admit I bought this one, in part, because of the stripper on the label. Is it good though? Not bad for an IPA - a bit hop heavy but if that's your thing you'd probably like it.

I picked up this bottle at Amstein and I tried this one two days ago, at home, after the work, at Lausanne. Best before 04/2018, in my point of view, it is a classical IPA, personnally it was not the best but it was acceptable. The body is copper, clear, normal carbonation, thin and white foam with a sexy picture for a basical taste that it is really mineral, dry, herbal, regular bitterness, malt hidden by the hop, a bit watery, good one between friends.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2017 0.33l bottle. Malty aroma, herbal hopy notes. Hazy golden color, white head. Malty taste, light herbal hopy notes, light sweet candies notes, medium bitter. Medium to full body, slick texture, soft carbonation and malty bitter finish with light hopy notes. Ok.

Burnt hops, dark and malty at 7% - fantastic bottle artwork. Bottle from the Old Nickel, Amsterdam, where I made an absolute tit out of myself trying to pronounce “t’ ij”. After 7 years of travelling to The Netherlands, you’d think I’d have gotten it right, but there we go.

Bottle at Cafe Gollem. A bit hazy dark golden with a small white head. Quite mild with grapefruit, hops, some bread and grain. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
