COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in 2013

PotjeBier (3628) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 19, 2013
33 cl bottle @ home (right before Winter starts). Clear golden blonde color. Dense white head, with a 1/2 cm retention and good lacing. Aroma’s: grassy and fruity hops, a bit of (sweet) spices retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with some grain & fruit for backbone. Light bodied, quite high carbonation. Finishes rather bitter and dry. Surely good for Summer.

33cl, new exclusive Dutch brew Anno 2013, from Melger’s Haarlem, complex bitter brew, floral/bitter and slightly fruity/woody, balanced, cloudy, rocky head, nice Summer brew

There is quite a bit of spice in this beer. Orange, pepper, and pineapple. Picked it up at the bierkonig.

33cl bottle from Bier & Zo. Thick creamy white head. Hazy blond pour. Slightly hoppy taste. Nice and drinkable

Bottle, BBE 03/14. Pours a golden yellow with a large, white head. Aroma is a lot of Belgian hops: Fruitiness, slight plastic, light herbal aroma as well. Taste is dry, even a tad bitter. Grass and herbs a well as spiciness. Some pale malts. Finishes very dry and somewhat bitter. Surprisingly so. Short finish unfortunately. Light, even a bit watery with quite a lot of carbonation. Good with food.

Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2013
(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 25 July 2013 & draught at the brewery, 26 July 2013) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, bready/wheaty malt, coriander and lemon. Fruity, malty taste with bread, citrus, pineapple and a fresh grassy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden beer with a big, thick white head on top that settles into a small layer and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is yeasty, hoppy and a bit spicey. It’s nice, but not overly impressive. Flavour is mildly bitter and has some nice, light hoppy influences. It’s overall quite average, not too overwhelming. Has a nice, long lasting aftertaste though. Decent, nothing good, nothing bad..

caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - AUG 24, 2013
Bottled, BB Mar 2014, Nr 60, large sample. Cloudy golden color, big frothy off-white head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, bit peppery, grassy hop, bit citrus, hint of onion. Medium bitter in taste, slight dry and crisp. It is exactly what it says to be: a hoppy blonde belgian ale. Maybe a bit too much onion and a bit harsh on the palate. But overall pretty neat beer.

bierkoning (13598) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2013
Bottle Golden blonde, cloudy. Floral citric hops in the aroma. Thinnish. Floral citric hopbitter flavor. Herbal notes. Sharpish. Anis. Longish aftertaste. Nice!

Bosbouw (2984) - Gemonde, NETHERLANDS - JUL 29, 2013
Mooie donkergele kleur met veel en vol schuim. Fruitige, citrus en hoppige geur. Niet te sterk geurig. Smaakt wat vlak en waterig. Smaakt fruitig met een goede bittere nasmaak.
