Bottle. Hazy light red / orange color with a average fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is fruity, berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic, sloeberry, tart. Body is light to medium, texture is dry, carbonation is soft. yespr (47077) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 6, 2008
33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a crispy and collapsing pink head. Light lacto to brett and berry fruity aroma. Dry towards woody aroma. Dry woody and berry fruity flavour. Once again a mix between lacto and brett flavours. Berry acidic to citric flavour into the finish. Dry and woody. Ungstrup (38248) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2005
An unclear amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is primarily of sloe, but also of malt and hops, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of both black currant and sloe. I think this is a nice fruit beer - I’ve had plenty of sloe snaps - but to put it in beer is new to me - and a good idea. joergen (28982) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 22, 2006
Hazy orange red coloured with a white head.
Light acidic aroma of berries with notes of spices.
Flavour of berries and spices. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - APR 7, 2008
Bottled. Hazy orange colour, huge sparkling bubbly head, which vanished quickly. Aroma is very sour and tart fruits along with some spices, nuts and berries. Flavour is very much the same with a lot of yeasty notes added in also. Quite bready notes too as it warms up.

Draught at Churchkey. Light amber color, white head that settles sloe-ly to an edge. Aroma of malt and cardboard. Taste is slightly sour, with a bitter, herbal finish that sloe-ly becomes annoying as it warms. madmitch76 (25344) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2011

Cloudy orange beer, sherbet nose. Very sharp note with unusual orange and tomoto tones. Good but a little bit too off the wall!
(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a very cloudy, reddish amber with a small, dissipating head. Slightly tart and berryish head. Medium body and rather dry - and also in the flavour you get a slightly tart sensation - but no real malty feel. And no real bitterness either - just this very dry tartness. A nice and refreshing summer beer although it’s actually a winter seasonal. 210707 fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 19, 2004
Golden color. Malt aroma, dry. Some malt flavor, a bit sour, thin at the end, short. Probably too old. Thanks Joris for this bottle. TBone (18099) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 27, 2005
Bottled (BBE 2008)
Hazy reddish brown, small head. Lemony aroma. Medium-bodied. Sticky mouthfeel. A bit sweet with earthy notes like in some lambics. Sugary aftertaste with some sourness. Quite interesting and unique brew.
