COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nefiltrované, nepasterizované, svrchně kvašené pivo britského typu “ALE”. Pivo střední tmavosti načervenalé barvy, chuťově vyzrálé. Při vaření se používá různý poměr sladů a kvasnice s vrchním kvašením, typické pro tento typ. Pivo má typickou chuť britských “ejlů” a přinášíme Vám ji bez nutnosti navštívit anglické “PUB-y”.

Stupňovitost až cca 12°, obsah alkoholu cca 5% obj.

Ochutnejte středně silné pivo, které pijí zejména britové a američané ve svých PUB-ech.

Tap at Prague Beer Museum at Namesti Miru. Dark golden in the glass, nice head. Fruity aroma. Starts fruity-dry, hints of apricot, some peach. Finish milder, light salty hints. Not bad!

Keg @ Prague Beer Museum. Almost clear, amber, creamy off-white head leaving rich sticky lacing around the glass. Faint malty aroma, caramel and grass. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonated. Grassy taste with mild sweet caramel in the background, mild grassy bitter finish.

(draught) murky deep amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of powdered sugar, bleach and walnuts, slightly dusty, with some notes of grainy pale malts and strawberries. flavour is mostly grainy pale malts and tobacco, with some heavy notes of caramel, evergreen foliage, bread dough and a slightly tannic finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Dark brown with a thin head. Aroma and flavour have the pleasant sweetness of caramel malt. Rather thin and watery but would make for a decent session beer.
