Bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 28-02-2015.
In short: sweet alcoholic beverage.
Pours clear transparent. No head. Sweet, some spicy anise nose. Medium body, flat carbonation, oily texture. Taste is quite sweet, alcohol noticed, little fruitiness. I guess its ok, but my knowledge of sake its very limited.

Looks like a very pale white wine. The aroma has hints of flowers and wine. Flavour starts of sweet and fruity. Lacks body and is quite watery. has alot of alcohol in the aftertaste. (Bottle 75cl) Bottle was purchased 12 years ago, so that could have had some influence.

Slightly yellow tinted. Delicate flowery, blossomy nose, quite a bit of rosewater, sherry-like hints, touch of alcohol and aroma of almonds. Sweet, sweet prunes, ending in a nutty ethanol-founded flavour. Has some hints of an aged beer, biscuit. Alcohol present, but not really powerful; oily, soft silky texture. Surprisingly fine tasting sake, seen that it is probably a crude export product for European barbarians buying in supermarkets.
