3.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Exactly what I was expecting from a pale ale. Not a lot of hop aroma but it’s a bit hard to get a good whiff from the small taster glasses their flights are served in.
Tap at the brewpub August 2012-pours hazy orange with a fluffy white head and good lacing. nose is flowery and lightly citric but mostly floral-flavors are medicinal and soapy hops very lite bitterness here-just some dry leaffy tones mostly. decent yet somewhat boring. Had this beer @ Table Rock in Boise on June 22nd. Light golden color, smooth and palateable. Great brew for a warm day! sethoth (3) - Idaho, USA - JUN 23, 2012 does not count
I had this at TableRock in Boise, Idaho. It’s great for warm days. It has a good hop flavor but not too much. douglas88 (9180) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 31, 2010
On tap at the brewpub drank with Jeremy. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white bubbly head. The aroma is sweet biscuit and caramel, some hops. The flavor is a decent balanced PA; fruity, biscuit, a good dose of fruity hops. Enjoyable. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUN 14, 2010

Aroma – A small hop aroma with a good malt backing.
Appearance – Golden in color, Clear, with a thin head.
Flavor – Nice malt flavor with a good hops balance. Slight fruit flavors from the hops.
Palate – Dry finish with a Nice Mouthfeel.
Overall – This was another great hot day beer. Boise has there main crowd down for these beers.
on tap-pours a retaining off white head and gold color. Aroma is disappointing, hint of grain. Taste is light/medium malt-caramel, some hops bite. Easy. BuckeyeBoy (7680) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 28, 2009
On tap at TableRock Brew Pub, Boise Pours out a light straw topped with a small white head. Aroma of crisp citrus hops and a little malt. Taste was pretty light a little of the citrus hops and just a little bitterness. IndianaRed (4619) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 24, 2009
On tap at the BP. Very light golden color with a small quick white head. Soft aroma of light malts and a little citrusy hops. Flavor was pretty tame, even for a pale. Light feel and would never have guess the ABV to be this high. run of the mill and underwhelming. Pretty much a top notch lawnmower beer for me. shendrix (478) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 22, 2007
I’m not a tremendous fan of pale ales, but this is one of the best of the breed. Pours a beautifully golden, yellow with a finely laced creamy head. The nose is a pleasantly floral scent, and floral hops come forward on this one, followed by a nicely understated citrusy follow through.
