On Tap at the brewpub pours out cloudy amber/orange topped with a off white head. A little malt and hop. IndianaRed (5122) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 22, 2007
On Tap at the brewpub. Hazy auburn color with a small off-white head. Woody moderate malty aroma, low bittering. Woody slightly roasted fairly biter and a bit soapy flavor. Palate was nice and malty. jake65 (4033) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - MAR 12, 2007
Draft: Slight haze in the amber color, with a medium sized head and nice lacing. Nose is a bit earthy, some malt, and gentle bitters. Taste is light bitters up front with more deep maltiness and some more bitters in the trailer. pinkzambia (2111) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 8, 2007
Tap at brewpub: Clear amber color with plentiful and runny lacing. The aroma is slightly hoppy. The taste is celery and mild hops. The lingering aftertaste is interesting as it kind of floats around pushing a gentle bitterness on the buds. Pretty good. BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - JUN 2, 2006
Tap: Hazy auburn, thick white head, nice lacing. Nose of spicy fresh hops, acidulated malt. The flavor is nicely hoppy and bitter with a moderate caramel body and a spongey mouthfeel. Finishes tangy, surprisingly hoppy for an irish red ale. Typical tablerock dryness, but the freshness of local beer can’t be beat.

Tastes like an overly hoppy amber ale, light on the palate, with a honey sweet caramel malt body.
