Not much head. Smells alcohol and darkness. Tastes amazing. Bourbon oak and dark malts. One of my favorites I had in Washington.

Pint at Tacoma BC. Hazy brown-black pour with a medium tan head with good retention and leaving heavy lace. Nose is chocolatey. Heavy, smooth, creamy body with light, fine carbonation. Chocolate, oaky umami, licorice, cocoa, vanilla, bourbon and a bit of citrus hops - but not much. Finish is medium and sweet, with the bourbon and wood becoming more prominent. A bit sweet and chocolatey for me, but very well integrated and with a tremendous mouth feel.
