The nose is certainly funky and sour but no VA. The is lactic, not just Bretty. Palate is sour but balanced.

Medium body, nicely sour, little tart, soft carbonation, grapes, full flavour.

Draft at Tivoli Brewing Tap House. Clear copper appearance with a lingering beige head. Aroma of barnyard funk, vinous notes, earth, caramel, fruit and light vanilla. Similar flavor, funky, fruity, mildly sweet and lightly tart with mild barrel notes. Medium body with a smooth, soft feel and a creamy finish, slightly puckering. Alittle thin. Pretty tasty overall. Bottle shared at Ryan’s August 2016 tasting. Pours a murky brown body. Nose is soft sour character and some faint dark fruits. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium bodied with notes of deep molasses, sour dark fruit, vinegar, soft roast and additional fruits. Another enjoyable offering from Tahoe Mountain. Like a sour stock ale - malty and fruity, some bread...but definitely funky as all get out. Moderately acidic. Pretty cool brew.
