500ml bottle @ Matt’s. Bottled 2016.06.21. Pours a lovely pinkish red colour. Nose is grapes, plum skins, hint of melon, and oak. Pinkish, hazy but with chunks of yeast, fruit, whatever that is, Has a mellow fruity nose, Very tart, has that light pluot taste that the nose hinted at. The tartness seems a bit sharp at first, but ends up softer. 500mL bottle, pours a cloudy pinkish amber with a small white head and sediment. Aroma brings out lots of fruity, earthy plums, with light tartness, and light-medium brett. Flavour bursts with bright plums, a touch of tartness, subdued brett, and lightly vinous oak. Super fruity -- the pluots totally dominate this. Excellent. Bottle shared, care of Mike...thanks man. pours a pink red color with small white head and medium to full lacing. Smell and flavor are grapes, plum skins, montmorency cherry, oak, apricot, strawberry jam, and Brett. Medium to fuller mouthfeel. Loving this one. Insanely layered and only got better as it warmed.

Bottle. It pours a light pinkish red/orange color with a pink head that shrinks to a light ring around the edge of the glass. The aroma has a lot of fruit, acid and funk character with soft vanilla-like funk and authentic pluot tartness. Light hints of peppery spice in the background. The flavor is close to mind blowing. Fruity tart with equal amounts plum, apricot and strawberry. Good acidity without being bracingly sour. It has a velvety, creamy mouthfeel with the vanilla and hay-like funk supporting beautifully. As it warms it takes on more of a strawberry lemonade and ruby red grapefruit juice character with minor notes of wood, leather and spice near the finish. Amazing stuff. Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark purply red with a pink tinged head. Aroma of slightly sour dark prunus fruit - could be plum. Near med body. Flavor is slightly, lightly sour. And it’s plum IMHO. Yea! Drinks smooth and tasty.
