500ml bottle @ Matt’s. Bottled 2016.07.20 maybe, date is semi illegible. Pours a slight hazed straw golden colour. Nose is quite herbal and tart. Flavour is a very interesting blend of brett and herbs. Somewhat dry but very well balanced. Slight bitter finish with an overal slight sourness. Of the few intended herbal brews I’ve sample this is very drinkable.

Hazy blonde. The nose shows as much tartness and sage, the sage becoming more prominent as it warms. There’s some sage on the palate. The herbs lend a little bit of bitterness. Light bretty finish, touch of pale malt. Not really wanting that bitterness, but overall this is pretty good, and well-balanced.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of sage, brett, and light vinous notes. Flavour is likewise a lovely mix of brett and spicy sage, with subdued oak. Finishes lightly spicy and oaky. Lovely mix of the sage in here. Excellent.

Bottle, shared at RBAG by me. Medium golden hue, slightly hazy. Perfumey sage and funk, light leather, tart and rustic. An amazing herbal brew! Highly complex, but still simply a pleasure to drink.

Bottle - Tart and huge herbal sweet notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Bitter fresh herbs and nice sourness. Very interesting and likely the best herbal sour.

At a tasting, thanks, stable stiff fluffy head, hazy palish yellow color, shrubby aroma sage, winey barrel notes and some un ripe fruit, shrubby spicey flavor with a hint of mustard and some over ripe fruits, light bitterness and sourness, a little heavy. Interesting but that great.
