Larga vida

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2016 From Cañalerma. In Teku glass. Playing Tomb Raider 2015. No trace of a pilsen profile. Seems more a slightly contamined ale, with some sourness that made me unable to completely finish it

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2015 Bottle 330ml Appearance. Hazy golden with a small of white head. Aroma: Light malts, hay and some nice hoppy citrus tones. Taste: moderate sweet, hay, light malts, and a light citrus bitterness, but not as nice as the aroma suggested. It does taste very fresh. Thin but certainly not watery body, below average but fitting carbonation. Better as the mass brews, and certainly a decent pilsener thanks to it’s freshness, but a bit more complexity or taste would be welcome and yes that even can be done for a pilsener as I have seen.

In short: A simple pleasant no-style blonde thirst beer with appreciable freshness quality.
How: Bottle 330ml, directly at the brewery stand (because the brewery is actually a stand in a market)
The look: Cloudy blonde body topped by a small white head.
In long: Clean hay aroma with some light color fruits esters and mild hops presence. In mouth a medium body and medium carbonation, typical thirst beer mouthfeel. Taste is more of less the same. Freshly cut hay, some light color fruits, smooth hops. Mild bitterness. A simple thirst blonde beer. What it lacks in complexity and intensity it makes up in freshness quality. It is to note that according to the seasons sometimes this beer is a lager and sometimes it is an ale. Same beer name. My rating is for an ale. )
WARNING: I had the munchies when I wrote this beer rating so I’m typing this with fingers that may contain traces of peanuts.

Bottle. Seems to be from Lot 191. Flat pour with no head. A bit of fruity sweetness in the aroma. Flavour has sweet pale malts and slight citric edge. The lack of carbonation is a big letdown.

Pilsen Ale brewed in Sevilla. The brewery location is wonderfull: have a look at the Triana market to taste the flawor of Sevilla. Little bitternes for a pilsen, body medium and superior taste.

Buenísima./ Brew in Sevilla, inside the Triana Market. You can see how that beer is made. Yellow unclear. Low in alcohol but with great flavor. White spume. Bitter, citrics and bitter orange. Amazing.
