Bottle from Yamaya. Sour milk aroma, with weak orange juice and sugar frosting. Very light straw color. Flat and stale initial flavor, light malt (which gets harsher on the rising carbonation in mid palate). Finish is nearly flavorless. Thin body. Aroma is fairly foul. Flavors are not really bad, but there’s not much there. tbopslt (354) - New York, USA - MAR 13, 2014
Hazy, cloudy amber pour. Mild aroma. Decent for the class. Drinkable but nothing special Erzengel (8619) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2014
Pale in the glass, grainy in the nose. The beer starts very watery, slightly sweet. The mainpart is on the one hand watery, on the other hand slightly sweetish-grainy. In the aftertaste smooth water, slightly sweet with the typical rice-beer-aroma. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - FEB 17, 2014
OK, but nothing special. --> 7/12/6/6
(bottle - 330 ml) Clear gold. No head. Grass and corn aroma, seems to be a theme with the imports we’ve been having lately. Flavor isn’t much. Grass, dead hops and stale corn. biokid23 (102) - California, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Honestly doesn’t taste like anything. I could put maraschino syrup in this and call it a shirley temple. Just kidding, kind of. Very very very light beer that honestly doesn’t taste like much. Compare to Coors, or other cheap lager.

Light gold color with decent foam. Malty aroma for sure, piney grassy notes. Same Asian lager flavor is not distinctive. Dry finish. Oogiee (71) - Taipei, TAIWAN - JAN 10, 2014
caramel, grass, basement aromas, golden, clear, minimal head, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, average carbonation, WVHouseofBeer (1064) - West Virginia, USA - JAN 5, 2014
Definitely not the worst cheap lager I’ve had but certainly not the best either. Pretty forgettable all around. Easy to drink and refreshing I guess. Wirecase (14) - - NOV 23, 2013
This flavour of Taiwan beer suits me better, it's more bitter then the gold medal kind which most bars serve in Taiwan rondphoto (4383) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - NOV 22, 2013
Clear medium amber with poured head that quickly drops to no head, no lace. No life in appearance or aroma. Taste is bigger than expected, but the rice is noticeable. Nothying changes until a slight bittering shows in the finish. Nice to "capture" Taiwan, but the brew doesn’t measure up.
