🙈 sinfull's rating is a personal note, has fewer than the 75 required characters and does not contribute to the beer's score.

My first Ukraine rating. Funky, skunky monkey smell. Pale goleden/yellow with a Ukraine sized snowdrift of a head on it. Watery and vaguely cereal laced. Nice steady gas release, but not much flavor or body. Yet I could see it being a good warm weather quencher lawnmower beer.

omhper (25742) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 27, 2005
Bottled, now brewed by Chernigivskiy Pivokombinat (4.7%). Bright golden. Neutral aroma. Sweet with notes of cereals and peas. Clean, hard mouthfeel. Useless.

Aurelius (5570) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 5, 2003
Good label, nice big bottle, gold. Brown bottle, not green like the pic here. Tart and grainy lager aroma. I agree that you should drink this cold. Tart malty flavor with some astringency. Has some character, but not the best beer in the world. Zippy carbonation with some ale-like qualities in the finish. This is a marketing dream-name: Bartender: "What'll it be?" Patron: "I'll have a Taller Beer, please." Announcer: "They always go for the taller beer."

ogivlado (8108) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 3, 2003
Bottled(500ml). -quite good golden coloured beer with nice head, fruity aroma with hints of hop, bitter finish

Boystout (1000) - Chisinau, MOLDOVA - AUG 25, 2003
Fairly standard lager: light color, slightly fruity aroma, medium body, palate is neutral and watery. I wanted more hops.

larsniclas (7217) - Billdal, SWEDEN - AUG 3, 2003
A huge, frothy head. Quite fresh aroma and flavour with hints of hop. A bit fruity.

rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2003
Golden color. Unbelievably rich head. Hens food aroma with some maltiness. No bitterness. Standard Ukraine Pils...

austinpowers (2831) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 19, 2003
A non-dry, yet crisp pilsener that's a touch rough. It's flavor smacks of the Eastern European/Soviet taste that's rather malty for a lager. Moderate fizz. Lacks the delicious yeastiness of some of the Baltic States lagers.

Sully (1380) - Potts Point, New South Wales, AUSTRALIA - MAY 15, 2003
Had it on tap during Spring celebrations in Kyiv. Very fresh but not remarkable.

seuinoz (276) - Glen Ellyn, Illinois, USA - MAY 5, 2003
very crisp, clean tasting. not as harsh as some of the other pils i have had out there. another good one from yantar brewery.
