A-Big Citrus nose
T-Malt is quickly subsided with citrus notes that move to bitterness. A nice snap at the end
P-medium mouthfeel and carbonation that balances the hops
O-Very drinkable Pale Ale with citrus and bitterness stealing the show at the end. I’ll try not to let the design of the can sway my judgement..very cool. bucs572000 (237) - Minnesota, USA - APR 13, 2013
Aroma is a grapefruity citrus scent. Taste is a nice hoppy citrus, orange, grapefruit flavor. The malt is very prevalent also, nice caramel and grainy flavor. Overall a very balanced beer. One of my favorite pale ales. tutal (11) - La Crescent, Minnesota, USA - APR 9, 2013
Large head from the can, average bitterness with no distinct flavours, could not notice the "hop rocket" as the hops seemed to add bitterness but not aroma or flavour. Finishes clean with little aftertaste. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - APR 1, 2013
Nice session pale ale. Slight melon aroma. Good mouthfeel, with a unique combination in taste of hops and a wee bit of sweetness, the latter presumably from the galaxy hops. Even more wee bit of lingering bitterness. Would love to see an IPA version of this.

On tap, McNellie’s Tulsa. Dark gold/light copper with a thick white (?) head. Nothing remarkable here, but very drinkable with the usual Tallgrass quality. Bonus points for the art work on the can.

Solid Pale Ale here. Copper pour with thick off-white head. Subdued hoppy aroma, a bit of tropical fruit/peppery bitterness. Flavor is similar, but a little more tinny than I was hoping. Nice brew. SODAK14 (376) - Rapid City, South Dakota, USA - MAR 16, 2013
It wasn’t a bad brew in the first fulls sips. It was just too hoppy for me. I couldn’t even finish a pint... Might be a score for a Pale Ale fan though. BiggOnion (68) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - MAR 6, 2013
Not your typical pale ale. Good hops, but very sessionable at only 5.2% More of a light ipa than a pale, but the best of both dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - MAR 2, 2013
Tall boy can shared by my good friend dosbeerigos, you rock brotha! Nothing super special about this one but I dig tasty pale ale’s out of the can, and this one just that. Would love a few of these by the pool during the summer time. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - FEB 24, 2013
Can. Looks amberish. Aroma of citrusy hops and some pale malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything, especially the galaxy hops. Average texture. A good pale ale.
