Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Can. Liked this one much better than the 16-bit. Gold in color, really nice head. Aroma was a citrus and light fruity smell. Taste was sweet upfront but not a nasty, bitter finish. Notes of citrus, grapefruit and hay.

12-oz can. Thanks, G! Wow, what cool label art these guys have. Dig how they integrate the name and the visuals and the beer so well together. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a loose whitish head. Nutty, toasty nose with some soft herbal hop complement. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Light caramel, a bit of nut, and some grassy, herbal hop on the mid palate. Tastes quite a bit like an early version of a recipe, though it’s made so well that that seems unlikely. Just a very restrained flavor and aromatics profile.

Clear gold pour with a tall white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt and floral hops. Well balanced decent brew.

16 oz. can. Pours lightly hazy orange-amber with a thin disc of loose foam. Aroma is citrus, caramel, biscuit and dusty toasted grain. Taste has light citrus zest and resin, caramel, green herb, soured orange and a dusty-toasted corn finish that shows hints of dry cocoa. Near-medium body incorporates a medium-high carbonation that borders on annoying, but has a nice balance.

Can shared by sonnycheeba. Pours a slightly hazy golden with fizzy creamy head. Aroma and taste of floral hops and bread malts with nice carbonation.

Amber color, 1.5 inch off-white head that recedes slowly, leaving some lacing. Moderate to active carbonation. Typical pale ale hoppy aroma. Nice but as expected. Initial taste is a bit malt-forward, with the hops coming through in the middle. A nicely bitter aftertaste. Tingles the tongue and has a moderate feel - not thin, but not thick, either. This is a very well made, nicely balanced, tasty pale ale. Recommended.

I’ve yet to have a mediocre Tallgrass brew. This is another fine Tallgrass product. A great smooth brew that is very easy to drink and refreshing. Light ale with pale hop flavor and smooth, light bitterness. A bit peppery as well.
