16 oz can. Thanks Jere!
Black color with a tiny tan head.
Vanilla, crème brûlée, mild roasted malt and sweetness in the aroma.
The flavor is roasted malt, coffee, darkness, sweetness, vanilla and some lactic notes.
Quite nice, just a little thin.

Can. Pours opaque black with a high, light brown, creamy, sticky, fine-grained head. Nose is earthy, chocolatey, spicy, and has overtones of vanilla and treacle. Lighter than a lot of oatmeal stouts, but not in a negative way; really smooth and clean, while still carrying the darker flavor profile this style needs. Smooth as oiled glass. Delicious. milewide (2304) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - FEB 9, 2017
Sweetness overpowers roast flavor. Very dark brown color. Average head. No hops that I caught. SG111 (1973) - New York, USA - FEB 7, 2017

12 ounce can into pint glass, best before 6/8/2017. Pours crystal clear very dark brown color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, light pepper, slight smoke, and roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, light pepper, slight smoke, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light herbal/spicy hop and roast bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great roasted bitter/sweet balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from roast/hop bitterness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a great milk stout! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, almost refreshing. Very flavorful, with a nice body and mouthfeel for the low ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Can. Near black. Really nice one finger dense head. Roasty dark chocolate and coffee. Rather smooth and somewhat creamy. Straightforward but solid. p0rkch0p (126) - Missouri, USA - JAN 21, 2017
Poured out of a can and it developed a nice frothy head. Nice roasted sweet dark flavor.

Rated on 9-23-2016 at O’Reilly’s Pub - Fort Wayne, IN (Can - Drink by 08/28/16). The appearance of this canned beer is a very small tan head, opaque dark brown body and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is roasted, malt and somewhat rich smelling. The taste is sweet, roasted and malt. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. This is an easy drinking beer given the style. It is easy drinking and has a bland taste to it. There is nothing very special about this beer.
