COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We often hear from fans who swore theyd never enjoy a stout until they tried Buffalo Sweat. Some have described its rich taste, creamy mouthfeel and sweet, lingering finish as liquid chocolate chip cookies made with espresso. If you only try one dark beer in your life, Buffalo Sweat will change your entire perception of how a stout should taste.

Pint can poured into a shaker. Huge, frothy and tanned head. Stays solid. Spare lacing. Color of a beer is black and murky. Upfront some hops and chocolate aroma. Later a lot of coffee, chocolate. Some vanilla at the end. Medium dry flavor with a bitterness slowly dominating. Medium palate. Watery to oily. Long and dry finish. Could be thicker in a mouthfeel and with some more bitterness in a finish. Good and smooth beer. "Drink by: 07/01/16" which I think is 1st of July, 2016. Review date: 19.05.2016

1 pint can from Beervana. Pours a deep dark brown color with a big beige head that diminishes quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma is strongly malty, roasted with lactic touches. Notes of milk, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, lactose, milk cream. Not bad at all. Taste is fairly sweet with really moderate roastiness. Milk is the most obvious flavor, which combines with chocolate and roasted sugars. Zero bitterness or hop presence. Aftertaste of cocoa powder is short lived. Reminds me of Kinder Surprise. Low carbonation, feels thick in the mouthfeel. Fairly smooth but overly sweet. It feels pretty "macro" for a Microbrewery. Drinkable.

Pint can. Roasted barley aroma with notes of chocolate and sweet, sugary lactose. Pours dark brown with a decent light brown head with good retention and OK lacing. Starts very smooth with sweet lactose sugar and a bit of chocolate with a rich, creamy mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth with a good roast kick at the end. This is a really nice stout.

Pours a dark brown with a long-lasting tan foam head. Aroma is burnt toasted malts, chocolate, and some roast. Flavor is toasted malts, chocolate, and a sweetness from the cream sugar. Body is a bit flat, a bit thin. Pretty enjoyable, and with a name like Buffalo Sweat, this is a must try.

16 oz can to pint. Looks good; a translucent darker cola with foamy beige head. Smells of datk malt, chocolate, chocolate, oats, and mild roast. Tastes like it smells, minus the roast, with a sweeter medium-bodied mouthfeel that finishes with a touch of bitterness. Enjoyable, but a little sweet to be sessionable.

This stout is a very good beer. It is not overpowering in the flavor and does not have a burnt finish like some do.

Pours a deep dark brown to black with a two-finger cappuccino head of foam that hangs out a while and leaves ropes of intricate lace behind. Nose involves toasted malt, roasted coffee, dark dried fruit, dark chocolate, nuttiness, and some zesty pine. Fairly sweet, decently bitter. Light to medium bodied, active yet slick, fairly oily, with a roasted sweet chocolate and drying toasty bitter finish. A nice session dark ale.

Can. Deep brown body with a frothy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Sweet milk chocolate taste with coffee/roast bitterness.

500mL can, pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out oats, cocoa and a little roast. Flavour brings out notes of mint chocolate, oats and a little roast. Not especially complex, with a medium sweet finish. Thin body for the style, with an almost tangy menthol finish. Meh.
