COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We often hear from fans who swore they’d never enjoy a stout — until they tried Buffalo Sweat. Some have described its rich taste, creamy mouthfeel and sweet, lingering finish as liquid chocolate chip cookies made with espresso. If you only try one dark beer in your life, Buffalo Sweat will change your entire perception of how a stout should taste.

Pours a pitch black color with a light brown foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with a hint of vanilla. A smooth easy drinking stout that is perfect in texture. A must try, very delcious.

Bricktop86 (937) - Moore, Oklahoma, USA - AUG 29, 2012
Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma chocolate, coffee and pipe tobacco. Taste follows nose and for some reason it reminds me of johnnie walker black label. Pretty good but a little thin for my tastes.

rader58 (933) - Leawood, Kansas, USA - DEC 18, 2009
Pours a deep dark brown/black with no head at all. Aroma is of a very strong coffee. Taste has a slight bitterness with a sweet finish. Flavors of coffee, roasted malt, brown sugar. Not bad at all. I am becoming more impressed with this young brewery.

On tap at Whiteman AFB. I guess it’s pretty hard to collect a lot of sweat from buffalo - I mean, the idea’s just crazy. I bet there’s a buffalo mafia that maintains a buffalo sweat shop just so they can meet supply and demand. I’ll tell you something else, if I were a buffalo, I’d charge double for this stuff and buy a really nice car.

Panzerfaust (877) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - MAY 6, 2016
1 pint can from Beervana. Pours a deep dark brown color with a big beige head that diminishes quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma is strongly malty, roasted with lactic touches. Notes of milk, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, lactose, milk cream. Not bad at all. Taste is fairly sweet with really moderate roastiness. Milk is the most obvious flavor, which combines with chocolate and roasted sugars. Zero bitterness or hop presence. Aftertaste of cocoa powder is short lived. Reminds me of Kinder Surprise. Low carbonation, feels thick in the mouthfeel. Fairly smooth but overly sweet. It feels pretty "macro" for a Microbrewery. Drinkable.
