Love this beer. Great pour, great aromas, and beautiful color, and head, to the top of the glass. Very smooth

Appearance: very dark brown with caramel highlights; half a finger of chocolate milk colored head, and minimal lacing. Aroma: smells awesome, with scads of milk and dark chocolate, cream, pumpernickel toast, and a bit of coffee. Taste: bittersweet melted chocolate, cream, roasted coffee beans, a hint of burnt toast. Finish: clean and slightly sweet, giving way to a delicately dry bitterness; surprisingly, the first burp had a hint of pine boughs. Notes: Awesome stout. Not a big, knock-your-socks-off boozer, but rather a smooth, slightly sweet, deliciously drinkable beer. Would definitely drink again.

A vanilla chocolate coffee aroma and flavor. Went down easy with a light palate and dark brown color. Enjoyed it.

This stout is a very good beer. It is not overpowering in the flavor and does not have a burnt finish like some do.

Theyve got the color right for sure with a black pour and some deep brown on the edges. Lots of roasted and smokey oatmeal in the nose. Surprisingly creamy with some delightful chocolate and strong coffee flavors. The coffee really lingers. Mouthfeel is a bit light for as dark as this is, but its really tasty and goes down rather easily. Overall, I think its great. Smooth, not too big, bold and well balanced flavors. Im a fan!

Love this beer as it is a very sessionable Stout. Appearance is what you would expect from a Stout. Taste is rich in the beginning, but does not linger on the back of the palate which makes me want to take drink after drink. Overall, very enjoyable.

This is very good beer! Served at a good temperature with a nice tan foamy head that soon settled and some lace. Color is actually a clear obviously very dark ruby red (thanks to my trusty iPhone flashlight), but opaque seeming black brown. Arina us roast, malt, treacle, caramel, toffee, cocoa, coffee. Flavors like nose, sweet comes out and is perfectly balanced by the bitter malt, hop, and carbonic tang. Body is very good and carbonation a touch soft. Finish is like flavor and tapers nicely with medium length.
