Can into a pint glass at a happy hour. The flaw with this is too watery - but its still a good sweet stout.

Can:   Deep dark brown, thin light beige head, sparce lacing.   Sweet lactose and soft roasted malts.   Faint bakers chocolate too.   Not as flavorful on the tongue.   Soft roasted malts, softer lactose like sweetness.   On the lighter side, could use a little bit more to make it a bit silkier.   Soft sweet roasted malts linger.   Simple, decent, clean, but wished it were a bit chewier.

16oz can thanks to RobertDale via local swap! Pours a deep dark brown/almost black color with a fingers worth of fizzy head. Aroma is nice. Roasted malts, chocolate cookies, and Irish cream. Taste is a little watered down, but flavor is decent. Chocolate, a hint of vanilla, lactose sugar, and a nice aftertaste of fresh coffee beans.

16 ounce can poured into a brand snifter. Pours a dark brown with a thin khaki colored head of foam. The aroma has notes of Oreo and coffee. Taste is creamy and roasty with some nice biscuity notes. A little different take on a sweet stout. Never had one quite like this before.

Pours almost black with a smooth, medium, off white head. The aroma contains roasted malts, chocolate, and a little bit of coffee. The taste does lean towards the sweetness. Heavier chocolate, lighter in vanilla and coffee, white still quite roasted. Aftertaste is more bitter and is chocolate and mild coffee. Light in body, creamy in texture, with carbonation being very soft. There isnt any real negative with this one, although Id consider this a rather generic offering.

Pour from a tallboy can thanks to Bob in KS. Dark brown, looks pretty thin. Burnt chocolate nose. Nice taste, sweet, chocolate, roasted malt. The oatmeal makes for a nice mouthfeel on what is a very sessionable stout.

Beautiful aroma of toasted coffee with some toffee. dark rich pour with lots of tan head. Taste is about the ssame as the as the nose....but it tastes severly watered down. nothing really lingering on the palate. if it would have a thicker mouthfeel this would be a much better beer.

Dark brown color/ fleeting head. Nice dark roasted malt, coffee, mocha aromas. Light to medium body. Lightly sweet chocolate mocha flavors with mild roasty malts, a bit thin.

One of my favorite beer names and a new state for me. This beer pours black and red with a short lived tan head. Visually, it reminds me of a thin version of the style. A big roasted and coffee aroma with some dark fruit noted as the coffee settled. Flavor is muddled. Coffee and cream stand out but hops are in the background that dont compliment. Some molasses, dark fruit, smoked peat. Warmer temps smoothed some of the rough edges but not quite enough to call this above average.

16 oz can. Pours a clear dark brown body with a small fizzy light brown head that faded quickly to a thin ring. The nose is very roasty with a hefty lactose sugar note. Some coffee creamer, burnt malt, and a very minimal hop note. The flavor is a little overly sweet, even for a lactose stout. Its totally overpowering the rest of the beer. It does finish a little better with some dark-roast coffee and roast. It comes across as a little too thin in its maltiness, a litllte more might help to balance out the lactose some. Medium bodied, slightly slick and oily in texture with minimal soft carbonation. Stll fairly drinkable, but not one to contemplate for too long.
