Single can from Binny’s, Downers Grove. Frothy brown head over a brownish black body. Chocolate nose, but not quite as roasty, thanks to the oatmeal. I note the texture first, since it’s been carbonated, and that’s worth noting after so many stouts with nitro and widgets. But it’s also leaving some stickiness on my lip and has a hint of a tangy Guinness sour note, followed more of that chocolate roast. Then there is a slight note of vanilla once my palate has been brought into equilibrium. An enjoyable session beer to welcome back cold weather, though being in a full pint can may make it seem a bit less sessionable. Obfuscate (566) - Minneapolis, - DEC 11, 2015
Smell is sweet, chocolate, oats., coffee. Taste is sweet with a nice creaminess, slight carbonation. rubbishystuff (2521) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 26, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 26, 2016 Thanks to Fred. Smooth and slick, very chocolately and roasted. Big for the strength. Serving: Can Weevo (175) - Indiana, USA - AUG 15, 2016
Beer club, pours dark brown with tan head. Chocolate, coffee, milk and a slight sweetness. Medium body, goes down smooth. Good beer.

Tap - Looks good, pours black with brown edges, resilient tope head. Coarse lace. Aroma is coffee, roasted nuts, cocoa. Nice carbonation on the tongue. Roasted earthiness. Nice breathy finish of coffee and cocoa. Great but not elite.

12 ounce can into pint glass, best before 6/8/2017. Pours crystal clear very dark brown color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, light pepper, slight smoke, and roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, light pepper, slight smoke, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light herbal/spicy hop and roast bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, coffee, toasted dark bread, nuttiness, cream, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great roasted bitter/sweet balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from roast/hop bitterness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a great milk stout! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of roast/bready malt, lactose, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, almost refreshing. Very flavorful, with a nice body and mouthfeel for the low ABV. A very enjoyable offering. beer_rookie (553) - Arkansas, USA - MAY 23, 2017
Pours a ruby red color. Tall thick, dense, khaki colored head. Good retention, good lacing. A few medium floated in there.fidemaster (306) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - JUN 22, 2017
Aroma is cappuccino, fresh coffee, chocolate, caramel. Biscuit. Simple, easy, good.
Taste is biscuit, cappuccino, caramel. Light, but good. Slightly sweet. Ever have Toffifay candy, tastes a lot like that.
Mouthfeel is super smooth, and silky. A little watery. A little tinge of alcohol. Did I mention in was smooth.
Overall, super good. So smooth, delicious. It’s simple, but done very very well. Yes, I recommend it, and would buy it again.
Aroma is of chocolate, caramel, espresso all in one. This beer pours a rich dark black. Starts of sweet, with chocolate, espresso, chocolate, caramel, and malt. Finish is a bit sweet, and smooth and creamy. The only negative is the mouthful is a little thin. This is a fantastic beer.

Poured out of the can a deep almost black with a thick tan head. Lovely chocolate and cream aroma. Love love the flavor, just so easy to like with perfect creaminess and sweetness, although a bit more roast in the finish for that espresso type finish would have been a nice counter punch. SO happy though to find this in Mississippi.....best thing I can think of that I can find locally. crusianbeer (116) - Oregon, USA - OCT 17, 2010
Can from mcnellies in tulsa.
Pours into a guiness glass thicker and blacker than I thought. About a finger of head.
Sweet Chocolate and roasted malts on the nose. Very mild nose, moreso than I would have liked, but on par with a milk stout.
Very sweet milky smoothness, but ends with a bitter finish. Much drier than any other milk stout I have ever had. Chocolate and roast on the palate. Not bad for a 5% stout. They pack a lot of flavor in it.
