COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We often hear from fans who swore they’d never enjoy a stout — until they tried Buffalo Sweat. Some have described its rich taste, creamy mouthfeel and sweet, lingering finish as liquid chocolate chip cookies made with espresso. If you only try one dark beer in your life, Buffalo Sweat will change your entire perception of how a stout should taste.

Poured from 16oz can, pours a dark brown with decent tan head and some lacing, aroma has a good amount of chocolate and black coffee, the flavor has a front end of milk chocolate with a finish of coffee, mouthfeel is a tad light, pretty darn tasty overall though.

Love this beer as it is a very sessionable Stout. Appearance is what you would expect from a Stout. Taste is rich in the beginning, but does not linger on the back of the palate which makes me want to take drink after drink. Overall, very enjoyable.

Had a sample of this. Aroma: roasted malts, chocolate, maybe some roasted nuts. Taste was the same, but a sweetness comes into it. Good balance. A good beer.

Shared with mikem409 and his wife at Kuhnhenn. Pours very dark brown with small tan head. Aromas of roasted malts and milk chocolate. Flavor is much same with some roast and chocolate. Body is a little thin but not a bad stout.

Great beer from Manhattan, Kansas! What an unexpected surprise. Smooth, balanced, malty, more chocolate than coffee, and absolutely delicious. I could drink these all night.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2012 This is not bad... but sweet... I guess I rate my milk stout off left hand. This one is a bit more sweet. Not bad not great.... but its in a can.. i’d get it for backpacking. Rerate... its really good. The true challenge... body can very ... If they can get it consistent... it may beat left hand’s milk stout. For now, it can’t stand.
