1 pint can from Beervana. Pours a deep dark brown color with a big beige head that diminishes quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma is strongly malty, roasted with lactic touches. Notes of milk, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, lactose, milk cream. Not bad at all. Taste is fairly sweet with really moderate roastiness. Milk is the most obvious flavor, which combines with chocolate and roasted sugars. Zero bitterness or hop presence. Aftertaste of cocoa powder is short lived. Reminds me of Kinder Surprise. Low carbonation, feels thick in the mouthfeel. Fairly smooth but overly sweet. It feels pretty "macro" for a Microbrewery. Drinkable. zoucrew102 (2356) - - MAY 1, 2016
Pint can. Roasted barley aroma with notes of chocolate and sweet, sugary lactose. Pours dark brown with a decent light brown head with good retention and OK lacing. Starts very smooth with sweet lactose sugar and a bit of chocolate with a rich, creamy mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth with a good roast kick at the end. This is a really nice stout. chucklemation (1825) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - APR 11, 2016
Pours a dark brown with a long-lasting tan foam head. Aroma is burnt toasted malts, chocolate, and some roast. Flavor is toasted malts, chocolate, and a sweetness from the cream sugar. Body is a bit flat, a bit thin. Pretty enjoyable, and with a name like Buffalo Sweat, this is a must try. b3shine (9412) - Indiana, USA - APR 6, 2016
16 oz can to pint. Looks good; a translucent darker cola with foamy beige head. Smells of datk malt, chocolate, chocolate, oats, and mild roast. Tastes like it smells, minus the roast, with a sweeter medium-bodied mouthfeel that finishes with a touch of bitterness. Enjoyable, but a little sweet to be sessionable. This stout is a very good beer. It is not overpowering in the flavor and does not have a burnt finish like some do.

Pours a deep dark brown to black with a two-finger cappuccino head of foam that hangs out a while and leaves ropes of intricate lace behind. Nose involves toasted malt, roasted coffee, dark dried fruit, dark chocolate, nuttiness, and some zesty pine. Fairly sweet, decently bitter. Light to medium bodied, active yet slick, fairly oily, with a roasted sweet chocolate and drying toasty bitter finish. A nice session dark ale. jcr (2814) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - MAR 10, 2016
Can. Deep brown body with a frothy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/creamy texture, moderate carbonation. Sweet milk chocolate taste with coffee/roast bitterness. mcberko (20482) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 6, 2016
500mL can, pours black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out oats, cocoa and a little roast. Flavour brings out notes of mint chocolate, oats and a little roast. Not especially complex, with a medium sweet finish. Thin body for the style, with an almost tangy menthol finish. Meh. jrob21 (3965) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JAN 29, 2016
16 oz can from a recent trade. Decent toasty malt flavor. Smooth and creamy. A little thin but nice flavor. Just needs a little more body. oskart (60) - Clarksville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 16, 2016
Dark brown opaque pour with dark tan diminishing head. Roasted malt and coffee aroma. Creamy, sweetened coffee, chocolate flavors. Thick full bodied, slick and oily mouthfeel with little to no carbonation. Quickly disappearing aftertaste of toasted bread.
