6/14/14. 16oz can from Happy’s in Cedar Falls. Lightly hazed golden orange pour with a small but satisfying khaki head that cuts in half but sticks. Relatively plain aroma, soft wheat aromatics, light citrus. Plain flavor, but it’s nice. Lightly creamy, soft wheat, citrus, a touch of grassiness, and lingering biscuits. Tasty enough.
Cloudy/Dirty golden color with a tall white head. Herbal and wild flower aromas. Hints of sweet wheat underneath. Light toasted wheat and herbal to weedy flavors. Mild spice. This has a rustic characteristic that I am enjoying. Not the average American Wheat, which in my book is a good thing. 4/11

First snow storm of the year makes me think of summer beers, not stouts, tonight. Big spongy head, hazy gold body with lots of birds swirling around. Light malt smell, nothing else out of the ordinary in my nose. Big American Wheat taste. Good malt profile. Slight lemon on the background, but there’s also a gang of, I think, Citra hops. Not very warming in this cold weather, of course, but filling and enjoyable. sawbuck (724) - Round Lake, Illinois, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Faint aroma of grass, some citrus. Nice deep golden color, huge white head with some stability. Sweat wheat up front. sweetness is mild. Nice orange citrus note. Finish is balanced with a mild bitterness, slightly peppery. Nice rich wheat malt mouth feel, no chalkiness. Decent wheat beer. Nephilium (1806) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - SEP 23, 2015
Very mild spicy aroma, with a touch of wheat. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a full white head. The flavor starts with a touch of citrus, a bit of almost honey like sweetness, and a touch of earthy notes. Light bodied, with full carbonation. The finish ends with the lingering honey sweetness. If you prefer your beers on the sweeter side, you’ll probably like this more then me. When I grab an American Wheat, I’m looking for more hops. edgallow (4154) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - AUG 13, 2015
16 oz draft pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, grass and bread. Taste is hay and grain.

A decent beer but there are many better wheat beers to drink in the summertime. arnold931 (1263) - Iowa, USA - JUL 9, 2015
Can. Pours mostly cloudy gold with some white head. Nose and taste is mild wheat and some citrus. Some DMS in the taste. Creamy aftertaste. Ok. johnnymusky (983) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 3, 2015
Actually surprised by the low rating...i thought this was a tasty wheat with a nice citrus finish...enjoyable...(#538)... Frank (4172) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 22, 2015
This seems to have a hint of hefeweizen character to it. Might be just the texture playing tricks on me. It’s cloudy orange with a long lasting white head. Nose is mild and pleasantly fruity with a tough of doughy grain. This is a hair too sweet for my tastes but does at least have a nice, creamy texture. It finishes slightly bitter for balance. Pretty tasty but that extra sweetness definitely takes it down a notch. csaso (2266) - Missouri, USA - JUN 9, 2015
Tap - good size foamy head, medium gold color, pretty sweet wheat and honey aroma and flavor, mild citrus hop balance, good overall
