This was sent to me by Strykzone in a trade. Thanks Dave. This poured from the 16 oz can a rich amber that was almost clear with a really robust and foamy off-white head. Light lacing. Medium plus body and a smooth slick mouth feel. Flavor is floral hops and caramel malts. Lack of bitteness in the finish makes this more like a pale ale than an IPA. But it drinks well. Retired I notice. While it is a nice beer it is not to style so maybe is why they ran the flag down the flagpole. EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUN 8, 2013
The appearance combines an orange color with a large and foamy off-white head, and the aroma combines spruce, resin, and floral hops. The taste is mildly bitter and a touch sweet, which doesn’t assault the senses whatsoever; furthermore, the palate fuses a medium body, sticky texture, a slightly bitter finish, and a soft carbonation. Thanks Robertdale. Reddish-orange pour with a light beige head. Aroma is light spicy hops. Taste is lightly spicy hops with a nice malt backbone. Little sweet. Great lacing. Vir4030 (603) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Clear orange from tall can in pint. Decent head. Light metallic aroma like a blonde. Kind of rotten flavor maybe just burned . Meh tdoyledesign (179) - Michigan, USA - MAY 10, 2013
Pretty good brew. Not much aroma but the taste is nice and powerful. Decent beer. Go Kansas!

Grass, like the name. Grapefruit and earth in the aroma. Sweet biscuit malt, followed by bitter hops. Refreshing lively feel. A quaffable IPA Barreras (1689) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Pours a clear copper color with a floral aroma. Taste is smooth for hops inspired IPA. Slight hops bite after the swallow that dissapates quickly. Overall a decent IPA. DiarmaidBHK (5722) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 30, 2013
Can from Total wine chantilly. Pours orange with an inch of foam. A bit biscuity on the nose. There’s some floral hop notes on the tongue. Finishes with a touch of bitterness. Eh! firkinChad (49) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - APR 28, 2013
Big malt body to this ipa. Dark golden body with a frothy white head. Bitterness eventually makes its way at the end. Much maltier than most and that’s OK. blipp (9599) - La Mesa, California, USA - APR 12, 2013
Can. Pours amber gold with an off white head. Grassy and flowery hops, some lightly sweet malts, lighter toasty notes, and a medium bitter flowery finish. Not bad.
