Twist, Stockholm (old backlog). Amber colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, bready malty with some slight toffee and mild spicy notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruits and mild toffeeish notes. Nice balance with everything in it, nothing is standing out that much.
Canned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Almost clear amber, midm sized head. Surprising red apple aroma. Really sweet with well sized body and fairly soft mouthfeel. Spicy and salty, more red apples and cane sugar than citrus. Cottony malt with spun sugar and lightly resiny bitterness. Too sweet to be really drinkable, even if the malt character is pleasant, too understated hops to be a sipper. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 20, 2012

Can from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours hazy amber with a creamy/foamy off-white head. Rather floral aroma. Full body/creamy carb. Flavor is lots of floral hop over caramel. Much more like an Imperial ESB to me. Good brew.
