COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Monkie is a dark, rich porter, carefully brewed for the post-apocalyptic world to come. Crafted with lots of roasty dark chocolate and specialty malts, then inoculated with enough hops to add a floral/citrus character in the finish. Its hardy, complex, and interesting, because you might be drinking it for a long time.

Delicious porter with an intense smokey chocolate aroma. Beautiful dark pour. Almost as satisfying as a great stout.

Draft. Deep brown body with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate, hint of dark fruit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Taste of chocolate, roast. Good balance between hop bitterness and sweet malts.

Draft at Whats on Tap HV after proving to everyone I was right: Tallgrass is in Manhattan. A nice porter with medium bitterness from espresso and baking chocolate. Easy drinking but maybe a touch thin.

Wow - Ive never had canned beer this good. I might not even have had a porter in a can come to think of it. But this one has a great chocolate and coffee aroma and flavor. The aftertaste is a little citrusy and gives it a nice balance.

Deep ruby-brown pour with a tan head. The aroma has milk chocolate and toasted malt. It has a medium body with average carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with a roasted, dry finish.

A really nice porter. Pours a dark, dark brown. Malty, roasted flavor. My only downgrade was for a resin like aftertaste.
