On tap, pulled into a tulip beer flight glass. Appearance is a hazy golden-yellow hue, topped with a relatively thin and transient white head of froth. Aromas released are mainly hoppy and citrus in nature, plenty of fruity, zesty flavours, as well as more subtle earthy, dough flavours. Taste is dominated by the earthy and yeasty farmhouse saison flavours, overlaid with more subtle hoppy bitter-sweetness, which then persist into the long finish. Brewers have achieved what they set out to do, to hop up a traditional saison, and this lends itself to a very tasty and refreshing brew! 60minuteman (1682) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 28, 2017
Bottle from Hiranoya. Aroma is peppercorn, wheat, grass and citrus. High carbonation and semi-dry finish which is relatively more compared to most Japanese brews I’ve had so far. Full body. Finishes tart and fruit with spices, grass and straw notes. faroeviking (10842) - FAROE ISLANDS - APR 13, 2017
Botella. Unclear thin golden colour, small white head. Fruity yeasty and estery aroma with light spice and yeast. Flavour is sweet, yeasty, fruity and spiced softly like with ester, soft and really yummy indeed, some alcohol in the far finish. A sweeter more soft and actually for me more pleasant saison compared to many other versions (Belgians mainly). belgis (521) - - APR 13, 2017

Backlog. Draught at Druggists beer bar, Singapore. Quite nice aroma, some yeast, some citrus. Well-balanced taste at first sip but not really long-lasting and then slightly water. A mixed bag but overall OK. douglas88 (9058) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 3, 2016
On tap at HOTD. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big citrus nose, toast, fresh oranges. The flavor is more of the same, lead by sweet citrus, biscuit dry malt, light sweetness. Very fresh and flavorful. Awesome. thellgren (1030) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 10, 2016
0.33 l bottle from foodstore in Tokyo. Pale, cloudy, with OK head. Aroma is spices. Taste has also spices and afterwards hops. Quite dry, but not in a hoppy way. ABV is also hided very well. hawthorne00 (3906) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 30, 2016
Bottle. Gold with a white head that fades. Aroma of mandarins, dough, lemon, grass, hay. Mainly citrus and dough though. Medium bodied.Fruity with apricots ans well as citrus and dough. Stronger bitterness than required for saison-like balance is also faintly metallic. Not bad, but there’s a better slightly weaker and less bitter beer in here somewhere.
