My Bottom Line:JulienHuxley (5844) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 10, 2013
This crisp and refreshing Svetly puts together delicate citrus, herbs, honey and straw, sculpting a compelling example of the style.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A superb head of foam rests atop the misty honeyed gold.
-The mouthfeel is quite effervescent and dry. Drinkability is through the roof.
-The flavor profile, though aiming at traditional examples of Svetly, manages to possess a unique character in its juxtaposition of citrus and straw notes.
-Everything is balanced and well organized. Top notch job.
On tap at Zly Casy, Praha.
On tap at Zly Casy (02/03/13). Beautiful gold pour, very light haze, dense creamy white head. Lots of toasted grain, citrus, lemon, very light grapefruit. Nice honey like sweetness, lots of toasted grain, crisp. Palate is dry, carbonation is a tad prickly. Surprised by the total lack of love for this beer on RB, a very fine svetly. 1.5l petka, slava Ludvikovi! Hazy golden colour with a large and dense white head. Malty-hoppy nose. Full-bodied, solid malty background with lots of Saaz hops. Bitter-sweet with a lovely hop profile. A delicious beer. omhper (25249) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 31, 2010
Draught at Söderbärke Mikroölfestival, Sweden Clear golden, creamy head. Aroma of hay, citrus and butter. Soft and doughy with light-medium body. Spicy grassy finish with good bitterness. A tasty, fairly hoppy pilsener! pivnizub (10665) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 12, 2010
Draught: Pale golden, a bit unclear, stable creamy white head; distinctive, solid Saaz nose with a sweet-malty counterweight; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering classy Saaz finish, balanced by pale malt. Superb Bohemian Beer.....

Drafter at Klub Malych Pivovaru.Ive had this beer numerous times and the last time I had it I found it way too grainy. Most definitely a drinkable pilsner. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 25, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 1, 2012 on tap at klub malych pivovaru, as well as tasted in hradec kralove. a really drinkable pilsner that stylistically fits neatly in the sweet spot between a grainy frothy fresh brewpub 12ka and a mass-produced but crisp quality 12ka. hints of menthol, bright honey colour, medium bitterness, tinny in a pleasant way
re-rate: a bit hit-and-miss lately; lacking a bit of the herbaceous character that excited me originally about tambor TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - JUN 13, 2013
Keg ZBF. Deep Gold with a White head. Grassy, slightly herby aroma. Slightly metallic. A reasonable Svetly but not as good as the 11.
